add detailed instructions for measuring alt/az when observing

We saw a few common issues during workshops:

• measuring alt of horn, not waveguide
• not checking which axis your level is reading
• ground-truth checking that compass is reading reasonably

Additionally, we may want to look into suggested apps. phyphox looked pretty cool.
