Canonical reference for XiAtelBuff

Hello,

I was reading through the docs for packet 0x0028 and the REVERSING.md (really great writeup) but one thing I could not find in the PacketsXI repo was a canonical reference for the shape / possible shapes of XiAtelBuff.

I did find this in the Ashita4 codebase, which based on the comment would seem to be it - but I wanted to ask before relying on it.
