Customizeable MeshUpdateFlags #7
Description
Using the advanced Mesh API allows to customize MeshUpdateFlags. Some (or all) of them should get exposed by the API to allow optimizing for any use case.
E.g.: Calculate Bounds if required for combining meshes as a follow-up operation.
