Fix newline handling in streaming responses
The `ollama_generate_stream` and `ollama_chat_stream` functions were not correctly handling newlines in the streaming response. This resulted in garbled, single-line output when the response content contained newlines. This patch fixes the issue by changing how the response content is extracted and printed. It now correctly interprets escaped newline characters in the JSON response. Additionally, a mock testing framework has been added to allow for testing the library without a live Ollama instance. This includes a test helper with mock data and updated bats test files to use the mock framework. New tests have been added to specifically verify the fix for the newline handling in streaming responses.
