You should use HIGHDPIAWARE

On display scaling other than 100% the font is blurred in Windows 10 and higher.
That is because of missing HIGHDPIAWARE.
Surely, we could do that in compatibility settings, but it would be better if HIGHDPIAWARE would be set in the manifest file of OpenWithEx before compiling.

I'll have to test this for myself, but if this doesn't break rendering for anything, then this change will be made.
