attaching motif matches to report and bed files

Hello!

Is there a way to pass motif matches from TFmodisco report to be included in finemo report and bed files? I guess that can also be done manually, but wondering if i'm missing something..

Hi all, I do agree that this feature would be helpful. However, it's trickier than it appears to implement since tf-modisco doesn't store motif match data in a structured format.

I'll keep you updated about this if we decide to add something similar!

If you'd like to rename motifs from the tf-modisco defaults, check out the -N/--motif-names in finemo call-hits and finemo report, which takes in a TSV file with tf-modisco motif names (e.g pos_patterns.pattern_0) in the first column and custom names in the second column.
