We have been using this project as a model to start implementing our own. I want to make sure I understand the copy/paste we did.

Why is the dns setting specified in the consul service definition?

We've been using this in our various Consul services since @misterbisson added it to misterbisson/clustered-couchbase-in-containers@b5cafee which is now autopilotpattern/couchbase.

This setting allows the Consul service to act as its own DNS server, although I'll admit I don't think we're taking advantage of this anywhere in this demo.
