Page number URL query doesn't update when navigating between run summaries

What?

Add functionality so that the page number URL query is updated when navigating to runs on different pages.

Currently, when viewing a run summary the page number is passed as a URL query which in turn is passed as URL queries to the run navigation buttons. When you navigate to a run that would be on a different page (taking the items per page into account), the page number does not update. Thus, clicking the Back to <instrument name> Runs button returns to the page of the run which was initially clicked.
