Donkey ui Segmentation fault

I use WSL to run donkey UI, but it shows Segmentation fault, what is the reason?

The latest version of Kivy will not work with donkey ui and is causing the Segmentation fault.
Try: pip install kivy==2.1 --force-reinstall

thanks,I used windows host with python3.9 and donkey 4.4.0 to successfully open donkey ui.

But I have a question now, why is the tub invalid?
