When Hovering over the stopwatch and countdown timer buttons, there are no animation transition of these buttons

Motivation

it improves the overall UI and user interaction

Proposed solution

Add transition css functionality where hovering over the buttons with the cursor would have some kind of transition effect just like the other buttons
