Feature request: Create a consistent theme

Describe the problem

Currently, we have a bunch of colors like over here that are added.

Proposed Solution

We need to have consistent color scheme so that its easier for everyone to follow a consistent coloring scheme. Centralize this info in the repo.

Example Use Cases

No use cases, its a dev/maintenance thing.
