bug: multi-agent sample - individual tools don’t work

**Where: labs/module4/notebooks/2_multi-agent-delegation.ipynb**

Individual research and writer agents do not work -  gives error (run cells to find out)

Final multi-agent cell works - but it doesn’t call the individual tools - based on the output.
