throttlingException when calling the InvokeAgent operation

Following error is produced when testing a Bedrock agent:

EventStreamError: An error occurred (throttlingException) when calling the InvokeAgent operation: Your request rate is too high. Reduce the frequency of requests.

What is preventing this from being committed? I am also falling into this throttling issue and would be great if the framework can handle it.
