Bug Description
A clear and concise description of the bug.
In AgentCore runtime, first strands demo the Agent is using a tool named weather, that accepts no parameter
and returns a hardcoded string. As this is the simplest possilble option of a tool, when the notebook is executed
by customers, they immediatelly ask how to add parameters, how the Agent will call them, and how the method description affects the result.
