Adding the --output table directive to public-ports alias

Thanks for the contribution. However, I think I would prefer keeping the --output parameter out of the alias. The main reason being that if it is hard coded into the alias, you cannot override the output format provided by --output or in the .aws/config file. With the way it is now, it will just be displayed in the format the user needs/prefers.

Could you elaborate on your reasoning for adding --output table to the alias?

I added the directive "for consistency" because, I noticed that currently all of the describe aliases use --output table directive.
