How to scroll the UI?

@tzneal I have several --extra-labels configured, but I can only see them if I decrease my terminal font size. 
Pressing the arrows does nothing (Visual Studio Code terminal, zsh, Mac OS Sequoia 15.5)
Also, spot pricing seems to be broken (0 dollars)?
