Provide allowedContentTypes/disallowedContentTypes feature from BackendLayouts

It would be great if ext:container worked with the new TYPO3 14.1 feature “allowedContentTypes/disallowedContentTypes.”
This would eliminate the need for the ext:content_defender extension and allow a core feature to be used.
