Add TYPO3 v13 support

Make it possible to use that package with TYPO3 v13.

Already started, see main...sebastian-iffland:slimphp-bridge:feature/v13-support. Got stuck on ExtbaseBridge wherein 'Frontend' is booted. Guess this needs some more refactor due to v13 changes regarding whole TSFE stuff.

it's been a year since the branch was last active, @sebastian-iffland any news?
also @o-ba told ome of my coworkers just to create an issue so that b13 knows people use the extension and need the upgrade ;)

Feel free to ping me @kabarakh if you need a release. PRs for v13 support welcome, and we'll do a release if pinged. We just work on other Open Source projects during our work time and leisure time.

imho the extbase-bridge should be dropped at all. If Extbase is needed the core way (currently using PageTypes) might be better than having to deal with Extbase Bootstrapping with every new TYPO3 version.
I like using slimphp-bridge for slim endpoints.
