[UX] Update Links to download jplayer/flowplayer libraries

Links to download the jplayer library currently link to the Drupal 7 jplayer module, instead of http://www.jplayer.org/download. Same is true for flowplayer.

• If we are expected to add only the libraries, these links should go to the places where we can find the libraries alone.

• If we are expected to install these modules as usual, we should not be directed to place them into a libraries directory.
