A "just plan" mode?

Lately, I'm finding I really want opencode to just write out a PLAN.md after I approve it, so that I have more control over how it's executed. But plannotator sends Proceed with implementation which usually does exactly that.

I'm not sure if there is a way to work around this with the current version, or if it needs to be a feature request.

I'll add this to the OpenCode overhaul. Finalizing locally and hope to release this weekend.

Just curious, have you tried disabling agent switching? (In settings) - I know the prompt will still confuse the user.
