Wrong neighbor health calculation after PC goes into Standby/Hibernate #3
Description
When having the ICCJ running in the background while putting the PC to standby/Hibernate the Neighbor health will not be updated for the time the PC was in standby. This can lead to the neighbor health being displayed to low after the PC is started again.
A restart of the ICCJ or closing and reopening the connection to the ICCR will solve the display issue and the percentages will be correct again.
