cppcryptfs v1.4.4.7 unusable on Windows 11 Canary because Dokan 2.3.x fails to install

Summary

cppcryptfs v1.4.4.7 requires Dokan 2.3.x.
On my system, Dokan 2.3.x cannot be installed, which makes cppcryptfs v1.4.4.7 unusable before any vault interaction.

This appears to be an OS ↔ kernel-driver compatibility issue, not a configuration or vault problem.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download and run cppcryptfs v1.4.4.7
2. Install required dependency Dokan 2.3.1.1000
3. Dokan installer aborts with:
4. Because Dokan 2.3.x cannot be installed, cppcryptfs cannot be used

Observed behavior

• Dokan 2.3.x installer fails consistently
• Failure occurs even after:
• removing all older Dokan versions
• ensuring no Dokan drivers remain in the driver store
• disabling Memory Integrity / HVCI
• cppcryptfs v1.4.4.7 cannot proceed without Dokan 2.3.x

Expected behavior

Either:

• Dokan 2.3.x installs successfully on this Windows build, enabling cppcryptfs
  or
• cppcryptfs documents Windows 11 Canary / 24H2 as unsupported due to Dokan incompatibility

On Windows 11 Canary (Build 26200+):

• Dokan 2.3.x cannot be installed
• cppcryptfs v1.4.4.7 is therefore unusable

This affects users testing cppcryptfs on current Windows preview builds.
