Network provider ease of use tweaks

1. put a note in the default error message if user has no node connectivity:

Please change provider in network settings. (direct to symbol in bottom left or add image/link in the error message to the networksettings page)

2. on the networksettings page, make the word 'provider' above menu/drop down bigger/caps and in white, so it jumps out to people
