Domain-based priv8 tabs

I suggest that priv8 will be activated on all tabs for the defined priv8 "Default URL" domain rather than a single tab.

It is annoying to log in to the same website on multiple tabs.

If you want to experiment with this you can add a "White list domains" and/or "White list sub domains" option.
