Loss of top-window status on focus change

On a multi monitor setup, click on another window on your other monitor, and then click back on gw2. The focus change now brings gw2 to the top and bring dps windows behind making then not visible.

Minimizing gw2, clicking on both gw2dps's health and dps windows, and then un-minimizing gw2 brings the meter back to top.

Weird, it is not happening on my system. I have dual monitors and playing Guild wars 2 on primary, clicking on a window in secondary monitor does nothing. DPS meter is still ontop of guild wars 2.

Here's how I replicate the issue.

1. Click on GW2
2. Click somewhere on desktop on other monitor
3. Repeat 1 & 2 a few times.

After about 3rd time the healthbar and dps windows go to background and gw2 is brought to foreground.

I got it to reproduce, but i had to trigger the windows shortcut where you drag a window really fast to minimize other windows. Will take a look on how to fix it.
