Add bitwise operators including:

  • & (bitwise and)
  • | (bitwise or)
  • >> (bitwise left shift)
  • << (bitwise right shift)

Tentatively scheduling this for 1.1 - it's probably not too hard to add, but I don't know that it's essential for the language to function initially.
