File is unable to be retrieved in ios > 11.0 and shows following error :

Exception caught during decoding of received reply to message 'stopRecordingWithHandler:', dropping incoming message and calling failure block.
Exception: *** -[AVAssetWriter finishWritingWithCompletionHandler:] Cannot call method when status is 0
