Rewrite using Svelte and Micropython

The initial version of this app is made using OliveTin, but the current features already push the limits of what this software is capable of. Rewriting the app using actual web development libraries will make it more flexible for any upcoming features and makes it possible to improve the user experience.

Furthermore, with Micropython support becoming available in a future version of Rinkhals, the server can be made lighter on memory usage.

The expected tech stack will include:

• Back-end in Micropython
• Microdot
• Front-end in Typescript
• Svelte
• Skeleton
