K3M Not working

Hi,

I'm running a K3Max with Rinkhals 20250706_02

After installing and accessing the port 1414 I can only see the Rhinkhals logo with some OliveTin text over, can't acces anything or get acces to the 3 bars menu on the top left corner.

Tried reinstalling to no avail.

Can you navigate to <ip>:1414/logs and see if that gives any details as to what is making it fail?

Same results, nothing is showing in the screen.

I'll try whatever you tell me to, it'll be awesome to get it working!

I don't have a K3M to test the app and I was assuming/hoping the firmware would be sufficiently similar to allow this app to work. But I think there is a subtle difference causing the app to crash as it gathers data during startup.

If you can use SSH on the printer (user/password: root/rockchip), stop and start the app manually like this:

cd /useremain/home/rinkhals/apps/rinkhals-webui
./app.sh stop
./app.sh start

Then post the output here.

Output is badly formatted but I don't see any obvious problems with it.

If you open the page in a browser and bring up development tools (F12). What do you see in the Console and Network tabs? Make sure to reload the page while the devtools window is open so it captures everything.

Yes, even tried with a different pc and with my phone.

It's there some other way we may find what's wrong?
