'Segmentation fault: 11' on test data

I have a very large alignment (3 million base pair) which I can successfully run on coevol 1.4b. However, each cycle is taking about 1500 seconds. I want to use coevol 1.5 as it is able to parallelize things. I have successfully compiled coevol 1.5 (no errors) on my MacOs (Sierra) server.

However, when I tried to run the test data:
