Clicking "Set Up Flathub" does not work with latest Git main

Describe the bug

Latest Bazaar from Git compiled on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS system (clean installation, fully updated).

Clicking the "Set Up Flathub" button does not work. Probably because of some Polkit rule missing:

(bazaar:6290): BAZAAR::CORE-WARNING **: 15:46:37.979: Failed to install flathub: Failed to add flathub to system flatpak installation: Flatpak system operation ConfigureRemote not allowed for user

Version

Latest Bazaar from Git main (pre 0.7.15 release).

There's no such issue with older Bazaar 0.7.8 installed from a deb package.

Note that I have installed Bazaar using the steps from README.md (and restarted my computer afterwards). I did not make any other modifications (other than changing the --libdir=/usr/lib64 to --libdir=/usr/lib that Ubuntu uses).

@kolunmi @AlexanderVanhee Sorry for pinging you folks, but the same issue happens with the 0.7.15 Flathub version. This is a regression since it worked fine in 0.7.14!

Steps to reproduce with the Flathub version:

On a system with latest Bazaar from Flathub installed:

# Warning: This will remove the system flathub remote! You can re-add it later.
$ flatpak remote-delete flathub --force
$ flatpak kill io.github.kolunmi.Bazaar

Run Bazaar and click Set Up Flathub.

Compare with 0.7.14:

$ flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
$ sudo flatpak update --commit=58d30cd8f09f75539657d035657fb591f691827c05050814cc11847ce6c67fe2 io.github.kolunmi.Bazaar
$ flatpak remote-delete flathub --force
$ flatpak kill io.github.kolunmi.Bazaar

Run Bazaar and click Set Up Flathub.

Return the system to previous state:

$ flatpak kill io.github.kolunmi.Bazaar
$ flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
$ flatpak update

Hmm that's very strange. I'll take a look soon, Thanks. @AlexanderVanhee do you think this has to do with the interactive installation stuff?

It would be great if this regression could be fixed before releasing Bazaar 0.7.16. :)

I sadly did not have more time to look into it.

@kolunmi Can you point out the "interactive installation stuff" commits? I will try bisecting when the regression started happening.
