Downloading updates while refreshing readds the same updates

Describe the bug

1. Bazaar is refreshing
2. Go to the library tab, update all (no update problems btw)
3. Refresh finishes, Bazaar is like : "Ayo, those apps are not up to date." Bruh, they're being updated
4. Bazaar shows those apps need to be updated, but it also shows those apps are or have finished updating at the same time (pardon the french) :

This is more of a cosmetic issue than a real problem or bug
I've been noticing it for some time because I directly open Bazaar and am like, "Ooo, updates," before it finishes refreshing
