Own namespace for UberLogger

Please put all UberLogger classes in their own namespace.
Otherwise you will get problems with bigger unity projects.

So: - UberLogger.cs is in a namespace. - UberDebug.cs is in a static class (which acts like a namespace in this context). - UberLoggerFile, UberLoggerEditor, UberLoggerEditorWindow and UberLoggerAppWindow are not in a namespace, partly because UberLogger was written when namespace support was a bit spotty in Unity, and partly because the names themselves are very specific. Obviously they could be moved into the UberLogger namespace and renamed, if needed. I'm happy to take a PR to consolidate these into a namespace if people think this is going to be problematic in the future; but is anyone actually hitting any naming conflicts at the moment?
