Update VSCode in cluster instructions for new cluster
With the new cluster migration, the setup for launching a VSCode instance in a computing node needs to be updated.
Things to adapt:
- SSH tunnel is not needed anymore
- SSH config only requires HostName and ProxyJump. User and Port are not needed
- Use the new domain
