Integrate with recordings for awesome playback

Please correct me if there's a better repo to post this in.

Now that a set of CMAA chant recordings exists, I wonder about the possibility of integrating these with their chant notations.

Would it be possible to integrate publicly available recordings into with Gregobase by adding annotations to each of the .gabc files, particularly with

1. link to recording (one per file)
2. inline timestamps for each note (in ms?)

If this data were available, it would then be possible to use these recordings for visual playback in an app/website.

I am not familiar enough with the syntax to know if it allows for such a thing (i.e. in comments?), or if it would interfere too much with the existing formatting - curious to know your thoughts on this.

I imagine that once a suitable convention was decided upon, the task of annotating the timestamps for all the chants with available recordings, would be a massive undertaking, with immensely useful results.
