literature review for JSS paper

need to dig up a reasonable selection of the literature on Flury-Gautschi, CPC, partial CPC, etc.; also modern approaches to CPC such as Browne and McNicholas ... for intro to JSS paper. Mention FGalgorithm package, etc..
