Check timing of the resume file creation

If the resume file is saved prior to running mkswap then it will fail on a UUID mismatch the next time it runs. Not certain of this, but based on user feedback on IRC looks like this is happening.

Bypassed UUID check on swap partition (release 2.4). The code still checks for a valid swap partition, but it's overkill to worry about the swap UUID since there's no risk of data loss as there would be for other partitions. I might add it back later. Marking issue low for now.
