Clean up registrations from the applications table #32332
Description
So something that was brought up from Michelle, we need to stop showing the registrations from the applications table. Need to figure out precisely how we'll be doing that and implement the solution.
- If application is approved either manually or automatically, don't show it
- If an application is being searched for by it's number and has a registration number, it's OK if it appears
