UI: Business Dashboard - Pending state of LVFs is not displayed as expected

- [ ] As soon as the user submits the LVFs, the type of the Receiver/Liquidator filing name in the pending state displays as 'Change of Liquidators' or 'Change of Receivers' and once the business dashboard is refreshed, then it displays the actual name as expected.

**Liquidators:** Intent to Liquidate was displayed as 'Change of Liquidators' in the pending state.

**Receivers:** Receiver change of Address was displayed as 'Change of Receivers' in the pending state.
