ITVR - test BCSC login

Describe the task
Our app's keycloak adapter was updated due to a change the SSO team made to the keycloak server our app interfaces with; while the BCeID login works fine with the new adapter, we should check that it works with BCSC, just to be safe.

Purpose
Just to be safe.

Acceptance Criteria

• The dev BCSC logins we were given don't seem to work anymore; please find out how to get a new one and use that to test the dev BCSC login. It seems like we're using a custom realm for BCSC logins, because when we first set up ITVR, BCSC wasn't available as an IdP in the standard realm yet (but they are now). See https://developer.gov.bc.ca/docs/default/component/css-docs/Our-Partners-the-Identity-Providers/#options-for-teams-with-bcsc-requirements. Maybe we have to contact the IDIM team?

Received new BCSC test accounts, and confirmed that they work with the new keycloak adapter.
