ITVR - Pausing of automated emails to rebate applicants #803

Describe the task
Remove all automated email messages currently sent to rebate applicants from the ITVR system. This includes identifying, disabling, or removing any workflows, scripts, or modules responsible for generating and sending these emails.

Purpose
To ensure that rebate applicants no longer receive automated communications from the ITVR system due to the pause of the rebate program.

Acceptance Criteria

  • All workflows, scripts, or modules responsible for automated emails to rebate applicants are identified.
  • The logic for sending automated emails to rebate applicants is disabled.
  • Testing confirms that no automated emails are sent to rebate applicants under any circumstances.

Additional context

  • Ensure that the rest of the ITVR system functions as expected and there are no unintended side effects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm that the removal of this functionality meets business requirements.
