WORKFLOW for Extensions needed

Handled as an amendment that changes end date but would be more clear if RUP can be captured specifically as having been extended so staff can easily tell which have already been extended and which are note. Those that have been extended once cannot be extended again. May need to consider that when a plan is entered it is already in "extension mode" so might not be greatest idea to tie directly to amendment flow (something to ask SMEs about).
