Description
Deep link notifications to advisory of the zone the notification.
In app route example : /advisory-tab/<zone>

Acceptance Criteria

• Clicking on a notification will bring the user to that specific zone tab in the reports page
• Make sure existing synchronization between map and profile/advisory page must remain consistent.
