FireBAT: Evaluate using cffdrs_py defaults for crown_base_height and crown_fuel_load #5201
Description
cffdrs_py exposes `crown_base_height` and `crown_fuel_load` as parameters. We should investigate whether we can start using those defaults from the library rather than our own `FUEL_TYPE_DEFAULTS`.
`PC`, `PDF`, and `CC` (percentage conifer, percentage dead balsam fir, grass cure) may be harder to reconcile as they are station/context specific inputs rather than fuel type defaults.
