Describe the task
Current SFMS behaves a bit differently on re-interpolation Mondays.

Flow for a re-interp Monday:

1. Fully interpolate FFMC/DMC/DC for yesterday (Sunday)
2. Use that Sunday interp as a seed to calculate today (Monday)

Acceptance Criteria

• On Monday - Re-interpolate FFMC/DMC/DC for Sunday to use as a seed to calculate Monday
• Store the re-interpolated Sunday FFMC/DMC/DC with different filenames
