SFMS: Test from seed data

Describe the task
We want to test a run of data from the same seed data using the current SFMS

Acceptance Criteria

• After filtering weather stations, run our own tests to compare against current SFMS outputs. If they're relatively similar, no further action.
• Pick 1 week in the early fire season & 1 week in the summer and provide a seed raster to James, ask him to run 3-5 days forward
• Ensure we're using the same stations as current SFMS
