ZEVA - Incorrect First Model Year Report Displayed on Vehicle Suppliers Tab

Describe the Bug
The First Model Year Report value is displaying incorrectly on the Vehicle Suppliers tab in the ZEVA System. Organization 22 and Organization 23 are showing different and incorrect years instead of the correct year.

Expected Behaviour
The First Model Year Report field should display 2024 for both Organization 22 and Organization 23.

Actual Behaviour
• Organization 22 displays 2020
• Organization 23 displays 2023
Both values are incorrect.

Implications
Incorrect first model year information may result in:
• Inaccurate compliance and regulatory reporting

Steps To Reproduce
User/Role: IDIR User

1. Log into the ZEVA System
2. Navigate to the Vehicle Suppliers tab
3. Search for Organization 22
4. Review the value next to “First Model Year Report:”
5. Repeat the search for Organization 23
6. Observe that neither organization displays the correct year (2024)
