Low Model Prediction probability

Hi, I'm interested in applying your model to an individual dataset. But the prediction results are always lower than 0.01. I ran the model on the bonobo data from dropbox but the predicted probabilities are still very low. Is it because the fully trained model is not uploaded yet?
