Different output for ecbrates #111

Hi!
When running
bean-price -e "EUR:ecbrates/AUD-EUR"
the output is
2025-05-23 price AUD-EUR 0.56918 EUR
The rate is correct but the symbol is AUD-EUR.
However, when running
bean-price book.bean
where the AUD is defined as
1970-01-01 commodity AUD
name: "Australian Dollar"
price: "EUR:ecbrates/AUD-EUR"
the output is correct
2025-05-23 price AUD 0.569180000000000 EUR
and shows only price AUD, as expected.
The actual problem I have is that some currency pairs get downloaded while others do not, hence I tried downloading certain currency pairs explicitly. I would actually prefer to understand why the prices for some currency pairs are not fetched. They show up in "primary list" but not in "currencies held in assets".
