crash from App Store version to TestFlight version

The app crashes when moving from a logged in instance from the App Store version, 6.7 (54), to a recent TestFlight build, 6.8 (74).

The workaround is to remove the app (such that its data is also deleted) then reinstall.

Although it might be expected/supported that users can install any TestFlight version over any App Store version, it is however expected that an update does not require removing and reinstalling the app.

It had been pointed out that upgrading and downgrading and upgrading again does not necessarily result in the app crashing. Some users did not see the crashes.
